Ingredients:
- 3 c peeled, cooked, and mashed yams
- 2 lightly beaten eggs
- 1/2 c milk
- 1 t vanilla
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 c melted butter
Toppings:
- 1/4 c melted butter
- 1 c brown sugar
- 1/3 c flour
- 2 c chopped nuts (pecans, walnuts, or hazelnuts)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Combine ingredients and place in a 9×13 pan. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
