Ingredients:
  • 3 c peeled, cooked, and mashed yams
  • 2 lightly beaten eggs
  • 1/2 c milk
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/4 c melted butter

Toppings:

  • 1/4 c melted butter
  • 1 c brown sugar
  • 1/3 c flour
  • 2 c chopped nuts (pecans, walnuts, or hazelnuts)

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Combine ingredients and place in a 9×13 pan. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
